Terms & conditions
The terms that govern your use of iCredit's iPhone credit services.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of iCredit's iPhone credit services and any credit agreement entered into through this website. By applying for credit, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Eligibility
To apply you must be 18 years or older, a South African resident, and able to provide a valid South African ID document. No credit history is required to apply.
3. Credit agreement
Approved applications result in a 24-month credit agreement for the selected iPhone. The monthly instalment and deposit shown at application are fixed for the term of the agreement.
4. Deposit
Where a deposit applies, it is payable immediately at activation. Certain devices require no deposit. Failure to pay the deposit may result in suspension of the agreement.
5. Monthly payments
Monthly instalments are due on the same date each month as your activation date. Late payments may attract fees and can result in the device being software-locked until payment is received.
6. Device locking
iPhones financed through iCredit are equipped with software that locks the device if a monthly instalment is missed. The device unlocks automatically once the outstanding payment is received.
7. Ownership
The device remains the property of iCredit until the full 24-month term is completed and all payments are settled. An unlock code is issued on completion, transferring ownership to you.
8. Delivery
Devices are delivered nationwide via RAM courier (2–4 business days) or may be collected in-store from George, Western Cape. Delivery fees apply to courier delivery.
9. Returns
Devices may be returned within 7 days of delivery if found to be defective, subject to our returns policy. Credit agreements are non-cancellable after the cooling-off period except as provided by law.
10. Changes to terms
iCredit reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
